To set up a new integration in the Dashboard, first, click on “New Integration”
2- Click the integration setup for Blackboard:
3- Enter a name of your choice for your new platform integration in the Integration Name field, then click “Dynamic Integration”:
4- You should be presented with a Registration URL, Key, and Secret. You will need to use these in the upcoming steps, so keep this page open.
5- Keep the Copyleaks page open. In a new tab, log in to Blackboard Developers portal (https://developer.blackboard.com/). After logging in, click on the My Applications button (1) , then click on the Plus Icon (2) button, followed by the Dynamic Registration (3) button.
6- Return to the Copyleaks page you left open, copy the Registration URL, paste it into the Tool Initiate Registration URL field, And then click the Ok button.
7- A page will appear where you need to fill in some integration information to complete the registration process. Return to the Copyleaks page you left open, then copy and paste the Key & Secret (1) into the Integration Information page's Key & Secret fields. Next, select which tools you want to add (2) (by default, all tools are enabled). Finally, click the Register button (3) to complete the registration.
8- In the Blackboard developers portal, you should be redirected to the My Applications page. Then you should see the create registration there. Copy the Application ID, as we will use it in the following steps.
9- Go to your Blackboard environment and sign in with your admin user account:
10- Click on the Admin tab on the left side of the screen
11- From the Integrations section, click on LTI Tool Providers:
12- Click on the Register LTI 1.3/Advantage Tool tab:
13- In the Client ID input field, enter the Application ID copied in the previous steps.
14- Click on the Submit button on the right side of the screen:
15- A form will load. Make sure that the following checkboxes are checked as shown below:
16- Click on the Submit button on the right side of the screen:
