Creating Assignments

  1. Navigate to your desired course
  2. Go to Assignments, then click Add from the top menu.

  3. In the Student Submissions setting switch the Submission Type to External Learning Tool.
  4. Click Select External Learning Tool
  5. Choose the Copyleaks Assignment (or the corresponding name your admin has chosen)
  6. Create the Copyleaks Assignment
  7. From the bottom right of the the assignment, click Submit Assignment
  8. Match the max grade value to what you set it as in the Copyleaks Assignment settings
  9. Post the assignment


Viewing Assignments

  1. Click on the assignment.


  2. Then scroll down and select Go to External Tool


  3. The Copyleaks Assignment will open up.


  4. At the top of the window, you'll find information on the plagiarism and AI detection totals for the assignment. Scroll down to a student's report that you want to access. Clicking View report will open the report in a new tab.




The Copyleaks Report will appear as shown below:

Please note: Submissions cannot be removed once added to our internal database, so please make sure you are aware of if this setting is enabled.
