Your Analytics Dashboard has various data points about your Copyleaks usage presented through various reports. This help page will guide you through what each of these reports means and how to interpret your data in order to make the most out of it.
At the top of your screen, you will find some of your overall figures for the different elements of our scans.
The scans is the total number of unique sources found in the results of all the reports. For example, a report with similar content from 10 different web pages will count for 10 results towards this figure.
The Matched Text figure is the number of reports which include a Similarity Score greater than 0%.
The AI Cases figure is the number of reports which include an AI Score greater than 0%.
Writing Corrections will be the total number of corrections the Writing Assistant has provided.
The Cheat Detection figure is the number of reports which have a Cheating Alert.
The Cross-Language figure is the number of reports which have a Cross-Language result.
The Originality report is a line graph that shows you the number of reports with results for Similarity and AI side by side. The x-axis displays the months within your selected range and the y-axis shows the amount of cases with a dynamic range to best fit your data.
The Submitted scans graph is a month to month display of the Total Results figure.
The Cheats found line graph is a month to month display of the Total cheat detection alerts shown per month.
The Assignments Report displays a running list of all of the Assignments from your institution with Copyleaks enabled. Presented is each assignment's name, creation date, AI and Similarity Score average. Clicking the link to the left of the Assignment Name will bring you to the Assignment View. You can learn more about switching from each dashboard level from our page here.
The final reports in the dashboard display data on the Most Common Internet Sources. This is presented on the left as a searchable list through which you can easily visit each site and on the right as a Circle Graph with a static view of the top 10 sources.
All data is updated once per minute. For the latest data when viewing the reports you can always refresh the page.
