Files vs. Text Images
A text file is a document that is formatted to contain text such as a .pdf, .txt, .doc, etc..
A text image file is an image which contains text, for example a .jpeg of a textbook.
You can scan both of these files however, the process is slightly different.
A text file should be submitted using the Text Option.
Whereas text image file should be scanned using OCR.
