How to prevent chat prompts from being stored

Many AI text generators store the text prompts that are being submitted from users and have the option to train their data models with that text.

If the text that is being submitted by your organization is sensitive, we recommend enabling the "Prevent Chat History & Training" feature.

Once this has been enabled, any time a member from your organization visits an AI Chat tool, the data they submit will not be stored. 

This is what will be shown if employees are utilizing Open AI.
