Once your admin has set up the Instructor Plagiarism + AI Scan Tool you can access and use it following the steps below.
First, toggle Edit Mode in the top right corner.
Next, select Add an Activity or Resource.
Select Plagiarism + AI Checker (formerly known as the Instructor Only Tool).
Name the tool and click one of the two save options.
Finally, make sure you hide the tool from students by clicking the 3 small dots on the right of the tool and then selecting Hide.

The Submit files tab enables you to upload one or multiple files for scan.
The Submit text tab enables you to scan copied and pasted content.
Once you have either uploaded your file or pasted the content into the window, click Scan Text from the bottom. The scan will then load in the Recent Scans area below.
Once the scan has been completed it can be accessed by clicking on the plagiarism score.
